2022 Sierra Madre Public Library

Kids stretched their imaginations in the popular Summer Science Workshop program, funded by the Sierra Madre Community Foundation. Local teacher Dany Richey led a series of workshops teaching kids about the science behind solar, electric, hydro and wind power.

2022 Whiskey and Wine Event

After a year delay, The Sierra Madre Community Foundation's Whiskey & Wine Event was held on April 2nd at the stunning Mia Italia residence.  This year's event had over 21 whiskey's and 8 wines and champagnes.  165 people attended, raising $12,000, which far exceeded last event's record of $8,700!  It was great to see and meet so many people whose generous donations will be used to support grants for local activities, events and programs.   If you'd like to apply for a grant, you can do so at https://www.sierramadrefoundation.org/apply-for-a-grant

2022 Wisteria Festival

The Sierra Madre Community Foundation participated in this year's Wisteria Festival by having an information booth in Kersting Ct. It was a great day with lots of families stopping by to hear about the Foundation's mission and to play around with some bubbles!
